When something changes in your stock in Inventory Hub (DMS) — a car added, a price change, a car marked sold — we send it to your other tools. Send us a lead from your website and it lands in Enquiry Hub. This is what Zapier and Make.com plug into.

Scoped API keys you create yourself in Inventory Hub (DMS) Settings, with built-in docs and an activity log. Made for your web developer or agency — read your live stock, or plug our data into whatever you're building.

Our webhooks are one end of the recipe. Zapier or Make.com connects the other end — WhatsApp, Google Sheets, your website — with no code.

For developers
Hand this page to your web person
Everything they need is inside Inventory Hub (DMS) — keys, docs and a log of what was sent.
Keys & docs
Create scoped API keys in Settings. Interactive API docs live in the product, next to an activity log of every call, kept for 90 days.
Signed webhooks
Every delivery is signed so your system can check it came from us. Custom payload templates if you need a specific shape.
Security
UK hosted · HTTPS. Keys and webhooks are created and revoked by your admin user, in Settings, at any time.
Delivery log
A per-subscription log of what was sent and whether it arrived, with an email alert if deliveries keep failing.

Integrations — straight answers
Does this cost extra?
MCP is part of the AI Connectors extra at £29/month. Stock webhooks, the API and the website widgets are features of Inventory Hub (DMS), the DMS — your onboarding contact confirms what your package includes before anything is switched on.
Is Zapier a finance integration at £25/month?
No. Finance integrations are lenders, brokers, DMS, CRM and accounts systems we connect and maintain for you — two are in Essentials, £25/month each after that. Zapier, Make.com and webhooks are plumbing you plug your own tools into.
Do I need a developer?
Not for Zapier or Make.com. You'll want one for the API. Either way, we set your first webhook up with you during onboarding. Zapier and Make.com are separate services with their own plans.
Which events can I get?
Stock events: a car added, updated or removed; a car marked sold or a sale reversed; a price change; a change to the features list; and a car shown or hidden. Every webhook you set up receives all of them.
Can leads come in as well as out?
Yes. Your website can create a lead in Enquiry Hub — it arrives like any other lead and gets the same follow-up. Other sources, such as a Facebook Lead Ad via Zapier, are set up with you during onboarding.
What about Claude or ChatGPT?
That's MCP — the connector that lets you run the CRM and pull reports from Claude or ChatGPT by asking in plain English. It's the AI Connectors extra at £29/month.
