Is £149 really the whole platform, what's the catch?
No catch and no cut-down version. £149/month + VAT includes Lending Hub (quoting, submissions, proposals, checkout, reporting) and Enquiry Hub (every lead source, one inbox), plus your WhatsApp & SMS line and email, with 3 users and 2 finance integrations included. It's the full platform with the conversation built in, not a trial. The eight extras are priced separately so you only ever pay for what you add. Onboarding is free, and it's monthly rolling, cancel any time.
Can I add or remove extras month to month?
Yes. Each extra is simple and monthly. Add AI Engage this month, drop it next quarter, take the £249 bundle when it makes sense, your bill follows what you actually use.
What counts as a finance integration?
Lenders, brokers, DMS & CRM systems and accounts software. Two are included in Essentials; additional integrations are £25/month each. Partner brokers and lenders are not charged.
What happens if I go over my message allowance?
We tell you before it costs anything. Heavy use, bulk sends, extra checks, more minutes, is bought as prepaid credit at a known price. Nothing is ever open-ended.
We don't hold our own finance permissions, can we still use this?
Yes. Through our introducer partner scheme, our partners handle the finance journey end-to-end while you track everything live in the platform. Ask us how it works.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No long-term lock-in. Monthly rolling, cancel any time. £149 is designed to be a price you don't need a budget meeting for, and just as easy to stay with.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Your subscription starts on the day you go live, not the day you sign up, and it runs on a 30-day rolling basis from there.
Give us 30 days' notice by email or WhatsApp and your account closes at the end of that period, with your customers, stock and enquiries exported for you. No minimum term, no lock-in and no exit fees.
You pay only for the month you're in, plus any usage you've already had. Unused prepaid credit comes back to you. Read the full terms.
Who does the setup, and do we need training?
We do the setup, and no, you don't need training. You get one dedicated, friendly onboarding contact who connects your lead sources, migrates your data and gets your finance panel live, you just send us the logins. The platform is built to be as easy as WhatsApp; we still walk your team through everything on a call and stay on hand while you settle in.
Is there an app?
Yes. The Motorsales.ai app for iOS and Android is included in every plan at no extra charge. Sign in with your usual login and you see the same inbox as on the desktop. Download it from the App Store or Google Play, and bring your phone to your onboarding call; we'll set the app up while we talk.
Can I connect Zapier, my website or other tools?
Yes, webhooks, an API and MCP for AI assistants. See Integrations. These are different from finance integrations (lenders, brokers, DMS, CRM, accounts), two of which are included in Essentials.
