Can I use the lenders and brokers I already work with?
Yes. Two finance integrations are included, with additional integrations available for £25/month each.
Will it work with my DMS or CRM?
Yes. Our own Inventory Hub (DMS) is a full dealer management system, available as an extra and set up for you. Or Essentials can work alongside the third-party DMS or CRM you already use, so information moves without duplicate entry.
How long does setup take?
We aim to get dealerships live in days. Onboarding is free and our dealer success team handles the setup with you.
Can I add calls or instant replies later?
Yes. Call Hub and AI Engage can be added to the same platform whenever they become useful.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No. It's monthly rolling: 30 days' notice, no minimum term, no lock-in and no exit fees. Billing starts on the day you go live, not the day you sign up.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You keep your data. We export your customers, stock and enquiries for you when you leave, then delete our copy in line with our data terms.
Do we need training?
No. We do the setup and connect your lead sources. The platform is built to be as easy as WhatsApp, and we still walk your team through everything on a call.
We don't hold our own finance permissions. Can we still use it?
Yes. Through our introducer partner scheme, our partners handle the finance journey end to end while you track everything live in the platform.
Is there an app?
Yes. The Motorsales.ai app for iOS and Android is included in every plan at no extra charge. You sign in with your usual login and see the same inbox as on the desktop.
